Okay so as you may know the final book in the Twilight series came out last Saturday and Barnes and Noble was throwing a huge party for the crazed fans to come and buy their copies of the newest arrival right at midnight friday night. Well my friends happen to be crazed fans... or maybe just crazy... so we went to Barnes and Noble on Friday night to be one of the first ... of what seemed like thousands of people... to get the book. Why? I'm not sure! The book will still be there in the morning the next day!!!
Anyways, we went to Barnes and Noble and had to park forever away because there were so many people... scratch that... so many GIRLS there!!!! Apparently the theme of the party was prom because everyone was dressed up in formals.... not cute ones either! We all tried to cram into the store and I accidentally touched one to many bare backs because all of the dresses were slutty!!! It was smelly and all of the people seemed really really weird to me! I have never before seen such a weirder bunch of people. Not even at Harry Potter or Star Wars events!
The store tried to make things fun by having Bingo and people dressed up like the characters from the book to take pictures with, but all that did was create more chaos! The Bingo winners would scream bloody murder when they had a bingo, and the rest of the store was one HUGE line because of the pictures and the free book drawing!
Anyways after being in the store for just about an hour we found out that in order to get in line to buy the book you had to have a wristband that they gave out earlier that morning at 9!!! HAHAHAHA What??!? You mean to tell me that we drove all the way up there and waited in line to find out that we were already too late? It didn't make sense because the store ordered 8000 copies!! There was no way they were going to run out!! After all that, we walked... WALKED down to Wal-mart which was like 7 huge stores and two parking lots away!!! Needless to say I did not even buy a book!! Oh the trouble I went through, for nothing!!! :)

Lame! I think the book is over rated. IN Logan the book store that Trisha went to for the midnight thing was "not that crowded". compared to Harry Potter. anyway. Love ya. Boo to slutty girls.
You had to WALK to WalMart AND you parked far away?! WOW! Tough life :) Looks like I'm not the ONLY friend that parks far away. Haha! Remember that? Little complainer! I miss you like crazy. One more week and school starts, can you believe it?
My Mom and sister and I went to L.A. and they went to a Stephenie Meyer book signing. I haven't read the books yet, but I'm planning on it AFTER graduation :P
Slutty girls are lame. You should have flicked their backs and made them red. Haha!
